Mind-in-Motion

Explore collaboration opportunities between Mind-In-Motion and key stakeholders by researching the effects of stress and burnout on the workforce, the costs of employee absenteeism, and identifying preventive measures to reduce burnout, ultimately supporting the development of evidence-based corporate wellness initiatives.

The Project

The Project

The project seeks to explore the potential avenues for collaboration between Mind-In-Motion and key stakeholders, such as: insurance companies, GGD (municipal health department), general practitioners, and large corporations in the Zuid-Limburg region.
Together, we will focus on researching how stress and burnout affect the workforce, including the cost to companies of employee absenteeism.
Additionally, the project aims to identify new preventive measures and wellness initiatives that companies can implement to reduce the risk of employee burnout.

This research will support Mind-In-Motion in developing evidence-based approaches for outreach and partnership with corporate clients.

This research is crucial for Mind-In-Motion’s long-term strategy to expand its client base and increase its social impact by helping employees remain healthy and productive. Understanding the cost of burnout for businesses will allow the organization to tailor its services to offer preventive solutions, including workshops, trainings and coaching programmes.

For the region, the project will contribute to a healthier workforce and reduce the economic burden associated with burnout.
From a societal perspective, fostering mental well-being will promote a happier, more productive community, reducing stress-related health problems.

The outcomes of this project will serve as a basis for Mind-In-Motion’s strategic growth and partnership development. Insights gained from the research into insurance reimbursement, potential partnerships with municipalities and GGD’s, and corporate wellness strategies will inform a targeted approach for offering services to the right audiences. Additionally, identifying which companies are most aligned with Mind-In-Motion’s mission will enable us to create tailored outreach campaigns. The findings from this project may also lead to the development of workshops or trainings aimed at preventing burnout, with the potential for scaling up to larger corporations or public institutions.

Are you eager to apply your research skills in a real-world setting and make an impact on employee well-being?
This is your chance to shape a healthier workforce and gain valuable insights into corporate wellness strategies!
