aixigo is a growing software company and as such, we often hire new employees from various backgrounds, with various nationalities and levels of work experience in a variety of positions: from working students in marketing to senior level full stack software developers or business analysts.
Onboarding our new colleagues is a challenge facing us as a company. We are looking for a way to prepare our new hires as best as possible, in a way that they are provided, in a structured manner, with all necessary information that supports them in fulfilling their role to their best abilities. We have some onboarding measures in place, however, we’re lacking a dedicated, standardized, target group appropriate, cross-departmental onboarding programme that allows us to integrate new colleagues swiftly. We are aiming to provide a pleasant and efficient general, technical and professional onboarding experience for new hires. That’s where you come in!
Lack of proper training has been identified as a significant issue among all departments at aixigo and is a main driver of errors and delays. Improving the onboarding process and general training will have a significant effect on our overall performance and efficiency.
