Help this market leader in global energy and services to explore the social and psychological factors which play a role at their customers’ sustainability and innovation decisions

The Project

The Project

EQUANS helps its customers achieve sustainability goals through technical solutions, ranging from energy reduction programs to the design, construction, maintenance and management of assets producing utilities such as electricity, heating and cooling. We develop these solutions with in-house expertise and deliver these “as-a-service” and “turnkey”.

We co-create these solutions together with customers, resulting in a comprehensive collaboration that results in custom made solutions. Potential customers are to be found in all markets, ranging from industrial and healthcare to leisure and schools.

Therefore, a thorough understanding of the relevant social and psychological factors that influence decision making by (potential) customers in sustainability and innovation decisions is necessary.

We would like to challenge you to help us take the next step in understanding our customers and making our business development process more attuned to their needs and wants.

In this project, the focus is on “discovering something new”
