Develop three new sustainability workshops for Bleen Consulting, focusing on content creation, marketing strategy, and communication plans to engage a broader audience and raise awareness on climate action and sustainability-related jobs.

The Project

Raising awareness and engaging people on sustainability topics is the crucial first step toward driving action. We currently offer around 20 workshops and are eager to expand our range. This expansion would enable the organization to broaden its portfolio of awareness programs. For the region (and the university), it would also help increase the visibility of these trainings, as they are currently more recognized in French-speaking areas due to their origins. By promoting interactive and participatory “serious games,” these initiatives contribute to creating a more sustainable society through greater awareness.

To this end, Bleen is looking to develop 3 other workshops (flexible based on the workload and the advancement of the projects).
The themes we would like to cover are climate inaction, (Slow) heating, and the new jobs related to sustainability (and our transition to them).

The PREMIUM project would/could include:

  • Development of the workshop content: While the most widely recognized format is the “fresk,” a format where participants have to replace cards in the right sequences thanks to collective intelligence and active participation, this can be open for discussion. This process also involves shaping the psychological approach and the emotions or actions we aim to evoke through the workshops.
  • Business Development/Marketing plan for these new fresks, which can also be applied to the other training programs we currently offer.
  • Creation of communication packages for these new fresks: including how to present them and highlight their unique value proposition.

This project will require your creativity, ability to develop scientifically sound yet engaging content, and skills in implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility. Bonus: You’ll be working with a UM alum! 🙂
