Institutional Level
At an institutional level, ILOs can be formulated in the line of the 21st century skills, like creativity or life-long-learning.
At UM, Problem-Based learning (PBL) and the related concepts of CCCS learning defines the teaching philosophy. It is a pedagogy based on the principle that learning should be a constructive, collaborative, contextual, and self-directed process.
The institutional level is the broad frame, but the specific decisions are generally not made on this macro level.
