We are a Brussels-based sustainability consulting firm helping organizations accelerate their ecological and social transition. Every day, we craft innovative strategies, tools, and workshops to tackle today’s most urgent environmental and societal challenges. Our overall aim is to educate people about the ecological transition and raise massive awareness. We have been developing a catalogue with more than 40 different workshops to raise awareness and train companies on the topic.

But now we would like to go further and develop a “Bleen Sustainability Academy” in order to structure our positioning and become a training center with online courses, bootcamps, and all-year training to capture, organize, and share our knowledge with a wider audience. The problem we aim to solve? Much of the expertise in sustainability remains siloed or hard to access. We believe this must change.

As a student, you will have the opportunity to co-create this academy from the ground up: map content, design learning paths, and explore how to make complex knowledge accessible, engaging, and impactful.
You will gain hands-on experience at the crossroads of education, design, and sustainability consulting and contribute to a project that aims to empower the next generation of changemakers.
