What we currently want to further develop is a holistic and continuous way to evaluate these dimensions across the company.
As a PREMIUM student team, you will design a framework or methodology to assess AI readiness and maturity across departments. You will explore what drives or hinders progress and translate your insights into a practical tool and roadmap.
