aixigo is a growing fintech company providing the world’s fastest API-based Wealth Management Platform. Founded 26 years ago as an RWTH Aachen start-up with just four people, aixigo has since grown into a team of 170 employees across Europe. In November 2024, we became part of Amundi, Europe’s largest asset management company. Amundi, established in 2010 through the merger of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale, is headquartered in Paris and employs over 5,000 people worldwide. This exciting integration opens tremendous opportunities for growth, innovation, and the development of next-generation financial services. However, merging two organizations with different histories, work cultures, and national contexts comes with unique challenges, especially when it comes to people, collaboration, and culture.

The Client

aixigo is a fintech company providing software for the financial industry. We provide the world’s fastest API-based Wealth Management Platform for creating individual, innovative and profitable wealth management services. Our platform enables banks, financial service providers and wealth managers to digitalize their service offerings. For more than 20 years, aixigo has been successfully established in the market.

Since its foundation, aixigo has grown continuously and currently employs around 170 people at its locations in Aachen, London and Paris.

In November 2024 aixigo was acquired by Amundi, Europe’s biggest asset management company. Together with aixigo, Amundi will grow their Wealth Management offerings.

Co-Creator Client

This client might join the team for brainstorm sessions, meetings, and preparatory sessions. The co-creator is more actively involved in/during the project execution.
One member of the client team is a recent PREMIUM graduate and was involved in the previous project for aixigo. Thus we are very interested in partaking in this process, but this time from a client perspective.
