The Teaching Support Desk  is designed to offer on-demand, prompt, and customized support for educational and technological matters to the academic and support staff. This pilot service is powered by EDLAB and will support you finding a quick answer to your question.   

The Teaching Support Desk will be primarily tasked with providing first-line support for LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas), education tools  and “smart classroom” hardware support. It will function as a cross-functional team between educators and subject matter experts, responsible for handling specialized requests. Educators could fill in the contact form below, to forward their questions via email or request one-to-one (online) session.
