Being a student is so much more than deadlines, ECTS, and exam weeks. It\u2019s a time where you\u2019re learning how to think, how to manage your time, and how to figure out who you are beyond your degree.<\/span><\/p>\n

But let\u2019s be honest: studying can easily take over everything. Suddenly, there\u2019s no time (or energy) left for hobbies, rest, or simply just being a human being.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we\u2019re hosting \u201cHow to be (more than) a student<\/i>\u201d on Tuesday 12 May at EDLAB. A relaxed, student-led workshop for anyone who wants to study more efficiently without<\/i>\u00a0letting university consume their entire life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the first part of the session, we\u2019ll explore how to learn smarter, not harder. Together, we\u2019ll unpack common study myths, discuss evidence-based study techniques, and test what actually works for\u00a0you<\/i>. No pressure – just practical tools you can immediately use in your own studies.<\/p>\n

In the second part, we\u2019ll zoom out. If studying better gives you time back, the question becomes: what do you want to do with it? We\u2019ll talk about finding (or rediscovering) hobbies alongside university, how to start when you \u201cdon\u2019t really have hobbies,\u201d and why having something outside of your studies isn\u2019t a luxury but rather an essential for your wellbeing.<\/p>\n
