Ever caught yourself thinking \u201cI\u2019ll never be able to do this\u201d or \u201cI\u2019m just bad at this class\u201d ? Many of us react to setbacks in our lives this way, often without noticing how much these thoughts shape our motivation, effort, and confidence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Student-Meet is about recognising those moments and learning how to respond to them confidently.<\/p>\n

In this relaxed, student-led workshop, we\u2019ll explore what growth can look like and how you can respond to everyday (university) situations with growth. With our guest speaker Manuela Heins, interactive discussions, and simple exercises, you\u2019ll reflect on your own habits and learn how to turn typical \u201cI can\u2019t do this\u201d reactions into more constructive, growth-oriented responses.<\/p>\n

Reflect while painting a growth coaster as a personal visual reminder for your desk \u2013 something that represents the idea that abilities develop through practice, feedback, and trying again. No artistic skills needed, all materials will be provided!<\/p>\n
