Conversation Skills Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this interactive workshop you get tips and tools to improve your conversation skills with students. Topics addressed are: demotivating and stimulating behavior in a conversation, providing structure clarity and safety, verbal skills, how to end a conversation and tips and tools with regard to having a bad news conversation. Besides getting information you will practice skills with other participants during the workshop. And of course there is also space for asking questions.<\/p>\n

About the trainers<\/strong><\/p>\n

In these challenging times, student mental health has never been more important. Students might not always have the required skills yet to overcome the challenges they are faced with. Therefore the\u00a0UM Psychologists and the UM Wellbeing Movement<\/strong>\u00a0strive to make students more resilient and provide them with sufficient means to acquire skills that promote wellbeing during their studies and further in their professional career and life.\u00a0At UM, there are many initiatives, programmes and plans that can contribute to student wellbeing and at the end of this workshop we will provide you with an introduction and overview of these ventures.
