In this workshop it’s all about group dynamics. The students will learn how to work together in an effective and cohesive way. The workshop is based on experiential learning and the team model of Lencioni. In an active and engaging way students will experience, what it takes to be a good team member.
During this session we will be working on how to work as a team, work independently and to stay on track, whilst retaining a clear overview on the process. You will also learn how to tackle difficult situations should they arise. We will be working on questions like:
- How can we ensure that we as group members quickly connect with each other?
- How can we work on trust, so that we have more openness and involvement in the group?
- And what to do with conflicts, that undoubtedly will arise, in the group?
We will use different models to give you a better insight on group dynamics, team and personal effectiveness. In this workshop we will use Experiential Learning. It’s going to be an active session partly outside.
