Diversity and inclusion seem to have become buzzwords as they appear to be indispensable to effective and successful leadership. Beyond a commitment to diversity and inclusion, future and current leaders need to be equipped with the rights tools to harness the power of inclusion in their future careers and mandates.
With these workshops, participants can gather theoretical and practical tools to practice inclusive leadership, reflect on their own experiences and share with other participants.
The workshops are interactive and participative to maximize engagement among participants and foster co-learning. Participants leave the training with a greater awareness of the issues that inclusive leadership can address, a motivation to widen their perspective on their work and engagements and concrete ideas on how to move forward as inclusive leaders.
