This workshop will provide an introduction to the topic of design thinking and creative problem solving.  You will have the opportunity to experience design thinking and creative problem solving techniques yourself while working in small groups and we’ll then go on to consider how these techniques can be applied in your own education.

About the trainers

Scheltus van Luijk is an educationalist Maastricht MUMC+ Academie.

Elien Pragt is an anaesthesiologist-intensivist MUMC+ and assistant professor at FHML Maastricht.

For some years they have been working together to introduce design thinking and creative problem solving techniques in different educational contexts.

1x 4 hour session on location

Costs
EDLAB is happy to offer this course to you free of charge.  Please note however that we have paid to develop and offer this session together with the trainers, so if you sign up but cannot attend, we would greatly appreciate it if you could give us at least 4 days’ notice so that we can advertise your spot to others who may be interested.  Failing to turn up or cancelling last minute may result in your department being charged cost price (please contact us for more details should you need to cancel).

EDLAB reserves the right to postpone this event should a minimum of 6 participants not be reached.
