The aixigo software is mainly a backend solution that needs to be integrated into customer systems or is used by partners to build frontends. To help partners understand the software, we have created a knowledge base, the Community Portal, and set up a learning platform, the aixigo Academy, with the first participants already certified. We provide sandbox environments for partners to test the software and plan to build a social community for our partners.
In November 2024, aixigo was acquired by Amundi, which aims to use aixigo’s Wealth Management software to expand its global offerings.
The Community Portal, which is not only used by software developers but also in sales and marketing presentations, is the main focus of the PREMIUM project.
The project involves analysing various existing and new user groups to understand their needs and create personas to tailor and expand aixigo’s offerings. We also need to look at Amundi to understand what motivates their users, enabling us to address their needs more effectively.
We are interested in a business view but also a psychological perspective on our users. Additionally, the change that we are going through due to the acquisition has an impact on our user groups, their interests and usage of our offerings.
