Realize has the mission to support young people in shaping their unique life journey through workshops, coaching, retreats and events. Having positively impacted over 1000+ people in collaboration with 20+ educational institutions since 2019.

The main challenge is to create more awareness of Realize. Realize is still a young company that is figuring out exactly how to position themselves. Having recently moved from mostly collaborating with educational institutions to give workshops at their facilities, to now having our own location in the centre of Maastricht, the exact business model is yet to become clear. Even though there is quite some momentum behind Realize, there has yet to be a *click* moment where Realize transforms into a sustainable business.

So with the new location in Maastricht, it is time for a new chapter! This new opportunity carries with it certain challenges; a new business model, awareness to create, a community to build.

In a world with a lot of options but little direction, Realize helps people to consciously create their life by empowering them to become who they want to be. Since Martin founded Realize at the end of 2019, 1000+ participants have attended sessions in collaboration with 20+ educational institutions.
