Cisco

Investigate what are the challenges for IT companies in terms of recruiting and retaining talent, dealing with the influences of digitalization and demographics.

The Project

The Project

By 2025, Germany will already have a projected shortage of 6.5 million workers. For business and educational institutions, a shortage of skilled workers means thinking differently and in a new way.

Cisco, as Germany’s best employer (GPTW), focuses strongly on employee retention and is constantly exploring new ways to attract new talent to the IT industry. We are interested to define the challenges for IT companies in terms of talent with the influences of digitalization and demographics. Consider the overall market, Germany as a business location and Cisco in particular.

Define areas of action, solutions and how Germany, the industry and in particular Cisco should position itself in the future to close the talent gap. What are new innovative ways to attract and retain talent?

Research-oriented

In this project, the focus is on “discovering something new”

The Client

The Client

#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.
We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses.
But “Digital Transformation” is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)
Day to day, we focus on the give and take. We give our best, give our egos a break, and give of ourselves (because giving back is built into our DNA.) We take accountability, bold steps, and take difference to heart. Because without diversity of thought and a dedication to equality for all, there is no moving forward.
