We are Team-Focus. Team Focus is a professional training and coaching bureau for organizations, teams and personal development. Team-Focus creates awareness on mind-set and behaviour. We facilitate teams, organizations and individuals based on highly effective personal development methods.

We hope you will join our team to develop a tool that will bring our services to the next level.

Time and again the human factor appears to be the critical success factor, which determines the success or failure of changes within teams and therefore organizations. One of the critical factors is the behaviour of people and of teams. There are many tools out there that help us build more effective working relationships based on understanding the different behavioural styles. Examples are DiSC, MBTI, Belbin and many others. We are now looking for ways to accelerate this process outside our training sessions. We are looking to improve and build an evidence-based tool that can create awareness about behaviour and communication. An easy to understand and easy to use tool that helps participants to understand themselves and other people within the team. Hope to see you soon!

The Client

Team Focus is a professional training and coaching bureau for organizations, teams and personal development. Team-Focus creates awareness of mindset and behaviour. We facilitate teams, organizations and individuals based on highly effective personal development methods such as experiential learning, DISC, The Five Behaviors of Lencioni and coaching. We work with 6 employees and over 15 freelance trainers in profit and non-profit organizations.

Co-Creator Client

This client might join the team for brainstorm sessions, meetings, and preparatory session. The co-creator is more actively involved in/during the project execution.
